The period between Christmas and New Year seems an appropriate time to review the progress I am making with my World Collection. This is very much secondary to my Ireland Collection, which I regard as totally separate. The first installment is the “European Union”.
Over the years, I have traded stamps with collectors in most western European nations. Germany is seemingly under-represented but does not include German Democratic Republic or German Federal Republic stamps.
Eastern European nations such as Poland, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria are mostly issues from 1950s and 1960s.
I really need more stamps from Slovenia.
